Podmienky účasti Východniarska
1.) Podujatia Východniarska sa môže zúčastniť iba osoba s minimálnym vekom 18 rokov (t.j. osoba, ktorá najneskôr deň pred štartom dovŕšila vek 18 rokov).
2.) Podujatia Východniarska sa môže zúčastniť iba osoba predom prihlásená prostredníctvom prihlasovacieho formulára, ktorá uhradila účastnícky príspevok na základe pokynov od organizátora podujatia doručených do kontaktnej mailovej schránky (e-mail uvedený v prihlasovacom formulári) a bola zaradená do zoznamu registrovaných účastníkov s dokončenou registráciou (odkaz na zoznam je na webovej stránke Východniarskej). Registrácia priamo na mieste prezentácie / štartu podujatia nie je možná.
3.) Poplatok za štart jedného účastníka je 70 EUR. O spôsobe úhrady štartovného budú prihlásené osoby informované prostredníctvom e-mailu, ktorý obdržia po prihlásení na adresu uvedenú v prihlasovacom formulári. Úhrada štartovného poplatku musí byť vykonaná prevodom na účet podujatia Východniarska stovka v mene EUR a v stanovenom časovom limite. Platby v hotovosti a v inej mene nie sú akceptované.
4.) Časový limit pre úhradu štartovného je 7 kalendárnych dní od dátumu odoslania e-mailu s informáciami o platbe štartovného poplatku (nie od dátumu otvorenia e-mailu). V prípade, že štartovný poplatok nebude na účte podujatia Východniarska v určenom termíne, bude prihláška zrušená bez ďalšieho upozornenia.
5.) The entry fee is non-transferable, its sale to another participant (or purchase from another participant) is not accepted.
6.) Storno účasti: informáciu o stornovaní prihlášky na podujatie Východniarska je treba oznámiť bezodkladne prostredníctvom e-mailu na adresu info@cassoviatrailrunners.sk (storno účasti oznámené ústnou formou resp. prostredníctvom telefonického hovoru alebo prostredníctvom sociálnej siete nie je akceptované). Plné Štartovné bude vrátené iba v prípade, že informácia o stornovaní prihlášky na podujatie Východniarska bola zaslaná prostredníctvom e-mailu na adresu info@cassoviatrailrunners.sk pred 26. júlom 2025 23.59 hod. (pre vrátenie štartovného je treba uviesť číslo účtu). Po 26.7.2025 si účtujeme storno poplatok 50% z výšky štartovného a po 3.8.2025 je už storno poplatok 100% z výšky štartovného.
7.) Organizátori podujatia Východniarska si vyhradzujú právo neakceptovania (zamietnutia) registrácie.
8.) Účasť na podujatí Východniarska je dobrovoľná a na vlastné nebezpečenstvo. Organizátori nezodpovedajú za škody účastníkom vzniknuté ani nimi spôsobené.
9.) Organizátori podujatia Východniarska všetkým účastníkom podujatia odporúčajú uzavrieť vhodný druh poistenia na čas konania podujatia Východniarska.
10.) Organizátori podujatia Východniarska všetkým účastníkom podujatia dôrazne odporúčajú absolvovať pred podujatím Východniarska individuálnu lekársku prehliadku.
11.) Celkový limit počtu účastníkov pre podujatie Východniarska je 200.
12.) Pred štartom v Kluknave je každý účastník povinný prejsť prezentáciou na stanovenom mieste, kde obdrží štartové číslo a inštrukcie. Každý účastník pri prezentácii odovzdá vyplnený a podpísaný dokument Informovaný súhlas účastníka podujatia Východniarska (odkaz na dokument bude doplnený).
Mandatory equipment
1.) Každý účastník podujatia Východniarska musí mať so sebou všetky položky povinnej výbavy počas trvania podujatia (t.j. od štartu až do ukončenia účasti v cieli alebo na inom mieste na trase podujatia). V prípade zistenia chýbajúceho povinnej výbavy nebude účastníkovi povolený štart. V prípade zistenia chýbajúcich položiek povinnej výbavy na trase (pozri bod 2. pre zoznam týchto položiek) bude účastník diskvalifikovaný.
2.) Mandatory equipment is as listed:
– 1 pc isothermal foil
- A headlamp with a fully charged battery
A fully-charge and switched on mobile phone with the phone number was given in the registration form
– Mapa (mapy), na ktorej je zobrazená celá trasa Východniarskej, alebo GPS s nahraným priebehom trasy
– High visibility vest, suspenders or straps
– Bottle(s) or a hydropack with a minimum capacity of 1 liter
– Cup or a bottle with a wide mouth (bidon) with a volume of at least 1.5 dl (bottles with a narrow mouth are not accepted)
– A proof of identity (government ID card or similar)
3.) The check of mandatory equipment can be carried out before the start and during the event at any place along the route by the organizer or a volunteer authorized by him.
The course of the event
1.) Prezentácia účastníkov sa koná vo štvrtok 7.8.2025 v Košiciach od 16:00-20:00, v piatok 8. augusta 2025 v Kluknave priestoroch Kaštieľa v Kluknave od 18.00 do 23.00 hod. V sobotu 9. augusta 2025 už nebude prezentácia možná.
2.) Transport of personal items from the start point to the finish is possible. Hand-in your bags labeled with your bib number and name at least 20 minutes before the start of the event.
3.) Štart Východniarskej je spoločný (pokiaľ organizátori podujatia neoznámia inak) spred Kaštieľa v Kluknave v sobotu 9. augusta 2025 o 06.00 hod.
4.) Časový limit pre dokončenie trasy (príchod do cieľa v Kysaku) je 21 hodín od štartu, t.j. do 10. augusta 2025 do 03.00 hod.
5.) Trasa Východniarskej je presne vymedzená, účastník podujatia je povinný túto trasu dodržiavať.
5.) Carrying the runner's equipment by another person is strictly prohibited.
6.) Personal help (assistance) to the participant (e.g. from family members, friends...) is tolerated only at aid stations.
8.) V záujme zabezpečenia rovnakých podmienok pre absolvovanie pretekov Východniarska pre všetkých účastníkov na týchto pretekoch s 85 km dlhou trasou pacers are not allowed. The exception to this rule are the pacers for the blind participants (with the permission of the organizer).
9.) In order to protect the health of the participants, in the event of medical complications that could endanger the safety, health or life of the participant, the attending medical professionals have the right to decide to terminate his participation in the race (or to interrupt it for the necessary time). In such a case, the participant is obliged to submit to this decision.
10.) In case of early termination (DNF) of participation in the event outside the aid station, the participant is obliged to inform the event organizer by phone or via SMS message (in case of unavailable signal at the location, the participant must do so at the first possible opportunity). The contact number of the event organizer will be listed in the control card (itineraries).
11.) The participant is obliged to provide assistance to another participant in need.
12.) In case of discovering circumstances that would threaten the life or health of the participants on the event route, the participant is obliged to immediately notify the event organizers of this fact.
13.) The organizers of the event reserve the right to change the route, the time limits of the checkpoints and the program of the event or to cancel the event completely (primarily due to the safety of the participants).
Aid stations, route compliance control, penalty, disqualification, protest
1.) On the route of the event there will be checkpoints ("aid stations" staffed by the event organizers or volunteers authorized by them) at places about which the participants are informed via this website and via the control card.
2.) Each participant's arrival time will be recorded at each aid station. Time will be recorded in each aid station using an electronic timer (volunteer will record it using the app). Therefore, the participant have to accesses the aid station immediately upon arrival to the aid station i.e. not when leaving it or after refreshments. The organizers or volunteers authorized by them have the right to check the mandatory equipment of the participant here.
3.) Okrem hlavného časového limitu pre dokončenie celej trasy (21 hodín) sú na trase určené čiastkové limity na určených kontrolných stanovištiach (pozri sekciu Informácie). V prípade nedodržania časového limitu na jednom z týchto stanovíšť účasť na podujatí končí, účastník však môže pokračovať na trase mimo podujatie.
4.) Účastník, ktorý prejde všetkými kontrolnými stanovišťami s dodržaním ich časových limitov a dorazí do cieľa v určenom celkovom časovom limite, obdrží v cieli diplom ako potvrdenie o úspešnom absolvovaní Východniarskej.
5.) If there is no entry from the checkpoint(s) or a self-check photo, the event organizers decide on the penalty/disqualification.
6.) Úmyselné porušovanie trasy (tzv. skratkovanie), použitie dopravného prostriedku a akékoľvek iné spôsoby podvádzania majú za následok diskvalifikáciu (DSQ) a zároveň aj dištanc zo všetkých ďalších ročníkov Východniarskej .

8.) Refusal to help to another event participant in case of emergency, physical or verbal insult or threat to organizers and volunteers, refusal to check mandatory equipment results in disqualification of the participant (DSQ).
9.) Not carrying any of the mandatory equipment is grounds for disqualification.
10.) Missing a cup or bottle with a wide mouth, ID card, map or high-visibility gear will be penalized by adding 1 hour to the finisher's time.
11.) Participants may not throw away garbage (littering) outside checkpoints manned by the organizers or public waste receptacles or containers. Throwing garbage outside checkpoints occupied by the organizers or public waste receptacles or containers is penalized by adding 1 hour to the total time.
12.) Penalty or disqualification will be applied in the place where a violation of the rules by the participant was found, or at the next checkpoint, if the participant who violated the rules left the checkpoint before the penalty or disqualification was applied. Penalization or disqualification will be done by the event organizer or a volunteer authorized by him at the checkpoint after telephone consultation with the event organizers.
13.) Protest proti možným problémom v organizácii alebo priebehu podujatia je možné podať v cieli najneskôr do 1 hodiny po skončení celkového časového limitu podujatia (t.j. do 10. augusta 2025 04.00 hod.) Protest podáva účastník osobne u organizátora podujatia. Podmienkou podania protestu je uhradenie kaucie 20 €. V prípade uznania protestu organizátorom podujatia bude kaucia 20 EUR vrátená účastníkovi, v prípade neuznania protestu kaucia prepadá v prospech organizátora podujatia.
Environmental protection
1.) Účastníci podujatia sa musia správať ohľaduplne k prírode, nesmú zbytočne vybočovať zo značených turistických chodníkov a ciest, ktorými prebieha trasa Východniarskej.
2.) Participants may not throw away garbage outside the checkpoints manned by the organizers or public waste receptacles or containers.
Consent to the processing of personal data
Účastník svojou registráciou dáva súhlas v zmysle Zákona č. 18/2018 Z.z. o ochrane osobných údajov so správou, spracovaním a uchovaním osobných údajov požadovaných v registračnom formulári občianskym združením Cassovia Trail Runners, so sídlom v Košiciach, Ovručská 9, 040 22 Košice, IČO 54385768 za účelom registrácie na podujatie Východniarska.
If the situation and current measures require it, the PROTOCOL FOR THE PREVENTION OF COVID-19 will be part of the Rules, the wording of which will be developed on the basis of the current pandemic situation and current measures published in the valid decree of the ÚVZ SR.
